It’s hard to imagine my family without Donald Swanstone right in the middle of it.
Donald was my Brother-in-law and I’ll miss him as I miss his Dad and Mom and dear Granny.
They have all gone to be with my Mom and Dad and my brother Teddy. We will all share our memories of so many family gatherings surrounded by Love. Save a place for me at the table Donald and we’ll laugh about all the good times.

Donald was a good friend of our pulling community. He loved the tractor pulls, the engine shows, promoting tractor pulls, working with the girl scouts, and volunteers time to coach baseball and spending time with his family and grandchildren. PULL ON Donald. You reached that final 300ft distance!

The Swanstone family has lost a very important man. After the death of my dad (Marvin Landes) 2014 to the death of my husband David Payne in 2020, if Donald hadn’t heard from me close to weekly he would call and if I didn’t answer then he would take a drive to see if he could catch me outside mowing. From the Landes/Ty Blackburn/Amy Payne family we want to thank the Swanstone family for sharing Donald with us. Now I’m praying for Donald’s family. Just know that there’s no time limit on grieving and that’s because I deal with it still. If you need to talk I’m here either fishing or mowing. My heartaches for you all. Ohana ❤️
