Donald Lee Kelley
Donald Lee Kelley, 74, of Weston, MO passed away on Friday, January 4, 2008.
He was born on October 31, 1933 to Ermon and Neva (Ruble) Kelley near Dekalb, MO, where he grew up and attended school. Don then served his country in the US Army during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Don retired from the military after 22 years of service.
Don later worked as an Executive Chef across the country. After retiring as a chef, he enjoyed farming, tending his garden and spoiling his grandchildren.
Don was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
He is survived by two daughters, Marion Kelley-Buckle and husband, Steve, Kansas City, MO, and Sheila Kelley-Benner and husband, Jack, Platte City, MO; three grandchildren, Archie, Derik and Angela; seven brothers and sisters, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service: 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 7th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton with visitation from 6:00-7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
