Donald Everett Todd
Donald Everett Todd, 80, of Dearborn, MO passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010.
He was born on December 30, 1929 to William Jackson and Martha Florene (Boydston) Todd near Dearborn where he grew up. In 1947 he graduated from Gower High School. On February 12, 1952 he joined the US Air Force and served his country during the Korean War. On February 11, 1956 he was honorably discharged.
On July 3, 1955 he was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Carpenter. After their marriage they lived in rural Dearborn where they farmed and made their home. Donald’s hobby was collecting and trading guns and he enjoyed going to gun shows.
He was a member of the Dearborn United Methodist Church.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home, children, Debby Lynn and husband, Donald, Lathrop, MO, Bill Todd, Dearborn; Holly Fisher and husband Mike, Edgerton, MO; grandchildren, Stacey Anders and husband, Doug, Chris Lynn, Chelsea Lynn, Jackie Coleman and husband, Jason, Cody Todd, Shelby Fisher, Abby Fisher, Mark Fisher; great-grandsons, Brock Coleman and Doug Anders, Jr.; sister Martha Henderson and husband, Bob, Palatine, IL; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, February 15th at the Dearborn United Methodist Church.
Private family services will be held.
Inurnment will be at Davis Chapel Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the church or the American Lung Association.

Donald was a very sweet guy. We rented his old farmhouse outside of Gower back in 95 and he was the best landlord ever. Him and his wife, Barbara, were very nice to us. Donald will truely be missed!
