Diana (Crowder) Gough

Diana Marie (Crowder) Gough, 64 of
Platte City, MO passed away, Saturday, October 3, 2015.

She was born on March 23, 1951 to
Harold Stevens and Gladys Elsie (Droste) Crowder in Kansas City, MO.  She
grew up in the Gashland area of Kansas City and later graduated from Oak Park
High School.  Diana later received a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest
Missouri State University in Maryville.

Diana was a jeweler and a manager
at Best Department Store and was also lead jeweler at Whiteside Jewelry. 
In 2002 she began highway maintenance for MoDot.

She was a member of the First
Baptist Church in Platte City, MO.  She was an avid hunter and fisherman,
loved camping, and anything involving nature.  She mostly enjoyed spending
time with her family and was always there for anyone who needed her. 

Diana was preceded in death by her
father, Harold Crowder and nephew, Jason Crowder.

She is survived by her son, Jacob
Page Gough, Platte City, MO; granddaughter, Madizen Hazel Rain Gough; her mother, Gladys Crowder; brother, Raymond Harold Crowder and wife Sharon, Edgerton, MO; nieces and nephews, Staci
(Scott) Lewis, Marcia (Jason) Tabor, Kenneth (Michelle) Crowder; other
relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service:  3:30 p.m.
Sunday, October 11
th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville with
visitation at 2:00 p.m. prior to service.

Inurnment: 12:00 p.m. Tuesday,
October 13
th at Barry Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
