Diana Carter

Diana Lynn Carter, 71, of Plattsburg, MO passed away January 9, 2025.

She was born on November 22, 1953, to Leon Artwell and Lois Jane (Squire) Pace in St. Jospeh, MO. Diana grew up in Faucett, MO and graduated from Mid Buchanan High School. Diana attended Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, MO where she met her husband. On November 25, 1983, she was united in marriage to Martin Eric Carter. From this union they were blessed with two children, Erica Hardy (John), of Florida and Zoe Ambriz (Tony) of Kansas City, MO and grandchildren George and Eloise Hardy. Other survivors include her sisters, several nieces and nephews.

Diana was preceded in death by her husband Eric, her parents Leon and Lois Pace and her brothers.

Diana was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plattsburg where she sang in the choir. She loved singing and also sang with the choir at the Gardens at Northgate Village.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 17th at First Baptist Church in Plattsburg.
Inurnment will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Plattsburg, MO.
