DAVID N. GOACHER

David N. Goacher, 46, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away, Sunday, April 23, 2006 at his home.

He was born on December 23, 1959 to David Ira and Lois Marie (Alexander) Goacher in St. Joseph, MO. He grew up in St. Joseph and graduated from Savannah High School. David attended Penn Valley Community College where he received his X-ray Technician Degree and his Nursing Degree.

On May 14, 1983 he was united in marriage to Michell? Ann? DeVore. After their marriage they lived in Kansas City and in 1990 returned to St. Joseph where they made their home.

David worked for Truman Medical Center, Research Hospital, and Business and Industry Health all in Kansas City.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

David is survived by his wife, Michell?, of the home, daughter, Alexi Goacher, St. Joseph, MO, granddaughter, Karena, father, David I. Goacher, St. Joseph, MO, sister, Joan Thompson and husband, Steve, Kansas City, MO, and their daughter, Monica, brothers, Mark Goacher and wife, Brenda, St. Joseph, MO, Max Goacher, south Missouri, and his children, Ashley, Michael, and Shelby, mother-in-law and father-in-law, John, Sr. and Linda DeVore, St. Joseph, MO, brother-in-law, John DeVore, Jr., Gower, MO, and his children, Dalton and Derek, sister-in-law, Daniell? Barnes and husband, Clint, St. Joseph, MO, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 26th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.
Burial: Frazier Cemetery
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
