Courtney Suzanne Denton
Courtney Suzanne Denton, 42, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007.
She was born on June 10, 1965 in Kansas City, MO. Courtney grew up in Smithville and in 1983 graduated from Smithville High School. She then attended CMSU in Warrrensburg, MO where she studied graphic art.
Courtney worked for Life Touch Publishing in Kansas City for 19 years.
She was an avid Chiefs and KU fan.
Courtney was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Denton, MD.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce “Maggie” Denton, Smithville, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 26th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville
Visitation: 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 25th at the funeral home.
Private burial will be held at Mt. Moriah Terrace Park, Kansas City
Donations may be made to “Tree of Life” at the Smithville Hospital
