Charles was such a kind man and a wonderful neighbor. We enjoyed talking with him. He could always be seen walking his beloved dogs. He was always willing to lend a hand should anyone need help. We were blessed to know him and he will be missed. We will continue to offer prayers for him and his family.

So sorry to see this. I will miss our little chats when I walked by, and he was walking the dog.
