Charles Wayne Hennig
Charles Wayne Hennig, 63, of Gower, MO passed away, March 17, 2014.
He was born on September 2, 1950 to James Joseph and Dorthy Fae (Vaden) Hennig in Dallas, TX. Chuck attended Garland High School in Garland, TX.
Chuck owned and operated Chuck’s Transmission in Independence, MO. He built and raced dragsters.
He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother Jesse Don Hennig.
Chuck is survived by his father James Hennig; brother Ray Hennig and wife Debbie; sisters Margaret Hyatt and husband Bill, Angela Pettit and husband Brian; nephews, Michael and Jeffery Hyatt, Matthew Hennig, Cameron and Benjamin Pettit; great-nieces and nephews, Kayleigh, Liam, Chad and Phoebe; other relatives and many friends.
Chucks body has been donated to science and there will be services held at a later date.
