My heart goes out to Cathy’s family, just want you all to know how influential she was to her many peers in managed care pharmacy and how she made the world a better place by supporting improved and accessible health care for all. On and individual level she was a delight to work with on health economic projects, again always with the best interest of patients at the center of all she did. She will be deeply missed by so many that she has influenced across her career, and her legacy will live on through all the lives she has touched in such a positive way.

When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. I extend my most sincere condolences to you Addison, Richard and family.
“Addison, remember the leis that we made while in San Diego 2007 leadership meeting?” All my love to you! Maria

I know she loved her family very much and always bragged on them. She was an inspiration to others and I will never forget her. My prayers go out to her family.
