Carol Lynn (Taylor) Lamb

Carol Lynn (Taylor) Lamb,58, of Smithville, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at her home.

She was born on December 22, 1950 to Howard Allen and Alice Lucille (Moore) Taylor in Smithville, MO where she grew up, graduated from High School and lived all of her life.

Carol worked as a receptionist in the medical field for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Kimberly Lamb and brother-in-law, Roby Matthews.

Carol is survived by her sons, Lance Lamb and wife, Audra, and Scott Lamb, all of Smithville, MO; grandchildren, Tyler Lamb, Brody and Tanner Lamb, and Lacey King; brothers, Gary Taylor and wife, Kay, Hudson, IL, and Keith Taylor and wife, Cheryl; sisters, Sharon Jones, Joyce Callahan and husband Selby and Linda Matthews all of Smithville, MO; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville

Burial: I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Smithville

Visitation: 6:00-9:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
