Carol Ann (Hall) Smith

Carol Ann Smith, 58, of Kansas City, MO passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014.

She was born on October 26, 1955 to Claude Franklin and Maggie Alice Lucile (McGuire) Hall in Kansas City, MO where she grew up and attended school. 

On March 17, 1979 she was united in marriage to Merlin Dean Smith.  After their marriage they lived in Kansas City where they made their home.

Carol was CMT for I.O.O. F Nursing in Liberty, MO.  She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, embroidering and especially spending time with her grandchildren and family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant brother Larry Wayne Hall.

Carol is survived by her husband Merlin; children Melissa Hall and Robert Hall and wife Jessica; grandchildren, Payton, Parker and Preston Hall; brothers and sisters, Frank Hall, Brenda Judd, John Hall, Donnie Hall, Mike Hall, Sherrie Friend and Glenda Howard; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service:  11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21^st at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial:  Reed Cemetery, Trimble, MO
