Bud Jolly
James E. “Bud” Jolly, 69, of Dearborn, MO passed away July 5, 2023.
He was born on December 27, 1953, to Millard Clinton “Shinny” and Margaret Helen (Bramble) Jolly in Atchison, KS. Bud grew up in Weston, MO. He attended school in Weston and Faucett.
Bud married Kathy Colleen Seckel. They lived in Dearborn where they raised their two sons Jeremy and Josh. On March 5, 2001, Bud was united in marriage to Carlene Lucille (Leer) Neaves. After their marriage they lived in Dearborn where they made their home.
He was a mechanic and tobacco farmer. Bud enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool, fishing, and attending car shows. Most of all Bud, loved spending time with his family and friends, especially chatting with Kathy Ann.
Bud was preceded in death by his wives Kathy Jolly and Carlene Jolly; his parents Shinny and Margaret Jolly; sisters Vivian Hill and Mayme Abbott; niece JoEllen Abbott; nephews Rick Buckler and Randy Buckler.
He is survived by his children Jeremy (Carolyn) Seckel, Josh (Sammi) Jolly, David (Megen) Pyles, Tonya (Chad) Morse and Kawana Neaves; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters Leta Buckler and Helen (Perry) Richardson; brother Jerry (Anita) Jolly; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a latter date.

I’m so sorry to hear this I knew of him when I was a young girl he was good friends of my Father Richard Estes and i remember him being at our home a lot hanging out with my Dad , RIP bud you will be missed and prayers to the family.

Bud always owned a piece of my heart. He was I guess as the saying goes, he was my first love. You never forget that person. We have a daughter Jamie and she gave us 3 grand daughters. Alissa Diane, Danyiel nichole, and Riley may. He has went t I be with our heavenly father as so many have. We will meet again.
