Bryce Wayne
Bryce Allen Wayne, 31, of Edgerton, MO passed away December 19, 2021.
He was born on February 23, 1990, in Kansas City, MO. Bryce grew up in Platte County and attended Smithville High School.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting. Most of all, Bryce loved spending time with daughters and family. He had a big heart, never knew a stranger and will be dearly missed by all.
Bryce worked in the insulation business with his grandfather Bum Williams.
He is survived by his daughters Aspen and Ava; his mother Crystal Wayne; his siblings Justice, Jaden, and Jackson; his grandparents Bum and Sherrow Williams and Ronnie and Janet Wayne; his aunts Jeanne Knapp, Rachel (Nima) Gard and Beverly (Rick) Russell; several cousins, great aunts and uncles and many friends.
Visitation from 5:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, December 28th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory c/o the funeral home.

Dear Bryce,
It has been about 2 years now and I still think of you often. I heard Swinging today by John Anderson and sang my heart out through the tears. Thank you for being my friend and sharing your home with me when I had nowhere else to go. I miss you so much some days and I didn’t know you for even a decade. Remember when you said I had teenage mutant ninja turtle feet and we laughed so hard we cried. Today was a rainy day and you have been on my mind and in my heart. I love you and won’t ever forget you and your easy smile or your fierce loyalty or your warm heart and will fondly remember how tender you could be when giving one of your wonderful treasure chest hugs. The weather is turning cold, I hope you are warm and safe in heaven. XoXo
