Bobby Allen Barnett

Bobby Allen Barnett, 64 of Plattsburg, MO, passed away, Monday, April 11, 2011.

He was born on May 22, 1946 to Robert E. and Ida Mae (Randall) Barnett in Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended school in Plattsburg.

Bob worked for D&D Pallet, Kennedy Drywall, and Dolinger Construction. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

On August 9, 1985 he was united in marriage to Atina (Sessions) Wickam. After their marriage they lived in Edgerton, Agency, and Plattsburg.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, sisters, Sharon Filley and Donna Dittmar, cousins, Charles “Bub” Barnett and Harry “Dude” Aitkens, and mother-in-law, Irene Roberts.

He is survived by his wife, Tina, of the home; children, Brian “Pete” Russell, St. Joseph, Robert Darren Barnett, St. Joseph, Lisa Landis and husband Ralph, Gower, Anna “Krissy” Sollars, Savannah, Angela Fultz and husband James, Gower; grandchildren, Nicole, Ashley, Amber, Brian, Katie, Kevin, Derrick, Shelby, Amanda, Harley, Allysia, Wyatt, Andy, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Blake, Travis, Nick and Chase; mother, Ida Barnett; sisters, Linda Jones, Port Arthur, TX, Sarah Jo Brown, Plattsburg, Karon Brown and husband Howard, St. Joseph, Connie Smith and husband, Jim, Plattsburg, and brother, John Barnett and wife Nancy, Gower; brother-in-law, Roger Dittmar, Plattsburg; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14^th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.

Inurnment: Mt. Zion Cemetery, Gower.

Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
