Bob Harmer

Bob Harmer, 78, of Edgerton, MO, passed away, December 12, 2022.

He was born on December 4, 1944 to Carrel Winifred and Martha Ellen (Thompson) Harmer in Kansas City, MO. Bob grew up in Edgerton.

On June 12, 1964 he was united in marriage to Shirley Cullum. After their marriage they lived in Kansas City and later made their home in Edgerton. His wife, Shirley, passed away, December 23, 2012.

Bob worked for 7-Up Bottling for over 35 years. 

He was also preceded in death by his parents; brother, Billy Harmer and Boley Harmer; sisters, Ruth Ann Fuller, Charlotte King, Joyce Kissick, and Lenora Molder; and one great-grandson.

Bob is survived by his daughter Youllonda (Mike) Parker; sons, Shawn (Lisa) Harmer and Brent (Cindy) Harmer; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Gieringer; several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends. 

 Funeral Services: 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 16th at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Edgerton with visitation one hour prior.Burial: Ridgely Cemetery
