I was enterduced to Billy by Jim Miller witch whom I worked with framing houses through the late 80s and most of the 99s. I liked Billy right off the bat and admired his determination to live life to the fullest extent. After his accident that didn’t change, he seemed positive every time I saw him. Billy often came to the job site and always brightened up the day. On acasion we would pile in his van and go somewhere nice to eat downtown. He was very generous. GOOD memories. Sorry for your loss but greatful for having him as a friend. Best wishes and prayers to your family and friends.
