BILLY C. DAVIDSON

Billy Clay Davidson, 70, of Dearborn, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at his home.

He was born on October 16, 1935 to Donald L. and “Billie” (Wilhoite) Davidson near Platte City, MO where he grew up. Billy Clay attended Swamp College Elementary and Camden Point School. He then served his country in the US Army.

On December 22, 1962 he was united in marriage to Juanita Williams. After their marriage they lived in Dearborn where they made their home.

Billy Clay was a self-employed truck driver. In 1979, he went to work for the City of Dearborn as water superintendent. He retired in January 2005.

He received the Kramer Award and Lifetime Membership from the Department of Natural Resources.

Billy Clay was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Billy Clay was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roger Davidson.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita of the home, son, K.C. Davidson and wife, Jenny, daughter, Missy Stephenson and husband, Bob, two grandchildren, Kolby Clay and Hailey Renae Davidson, all of Dearborn, two brothers, Richard Davidson, Hiawatha, KS, Donald Davidson, Jr., Weston, MO, three sisters, Shirley Hamilton, Raymond, MS, Sandra Tinder, Kansas City, KS, and Rebecca Lewis, St. Louis, MO, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 2nd at the Dearborn Baptist Church.
Burial: Williams Cemetery, Dearborn, MO
Visitation: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the church.
Arrangements: Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.
