Billie J. “Bill” McLarney
Billie J. “Bill” McLarney, 75, Diamond City, Arkansas, formerly of St. Joseph, Missouri died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in his home.
The son of William and Agnes McLarney was born near Hemple, MO. Survivors include long time companion Edna Williams; Ed McLarney; Jerri Dodds; Jody Hueschen; Dottie Nash; Janet Hagan; Janice Randol; Donna Borchardt; devoted nieces and nephews.
An avid athlete; Bill boxed, played football, and competitive fast pitch softball. He was a member of the MO Air National Guard, employed in St Joseph and Kansas City, owned First and Last Chance Tavern. He retired to fishing and golf on Bull Shoals Lake.
Rosary and visitation 6pm, Sunday, August 15, at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower, MO.
Mass of Christian Burial at 10am Monday, August 16th, St Joseph Catholic Church, Easton, MO.
Inurnment: St Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
