Beverly Georgina (Silvey) Crist

Beverly Georgina Crist, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away, Monday, September 17, 2012.

She was born on January 3, 1942 to Arnold Leroy “Roy” and Helen Delores (Kirkland) Silvey in St. Joseph, MO where she grew up and lived most of her life.

On June 22, 1965 she was united in marriage to James R. Crist in Coldwater, MI. After their marriage they lived in St. Joseph until 1991 when they retired to their lake home in Stover, MO. Her husband Jim passed away on October 30, 2005.

She worked at Mead Products in St. Joseph for over 30 years.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, son Calvin Crist, granddaughter, Courtney Noll, and her brothers, Arnold Silvey, John Silvey, and Gary Silvey

She is survived by her children, Rochelle Knuth, Kevin Crist, Albert Crist, Willa Crist and honorary child, Mike McClain all of St. Joseph, MO, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Carrol Dean Silvey, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 20^th with Remembrances at 11:00 a.m. at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower
