Beth Drew

Beth Drew, 71, of Holt, MO passed away, May 17, 2025.

She was born on July 17, 1953 to Anton and Bernice (Lubben) Sitzman in Le Mars, IA. Beth grew up in Le Mars and graduated from Le Mars High School in 1971.

On May 13, 1989 she was united in marriage to William Drew. After their marriage in Kansas City, MO and in 2014 they moved to Holt, MO.

She was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Le Mars. Beth enjoyed camping, spending time with her grandchildren, and cooking.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Russell Sitzman.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter, Nicole (Steven) Huonker; step-sons, Michael Drew and Stephen Drew; grandchildren, Jacob Drew, Samantha Drew, Jack Drew, and Lucas Huonker; four great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra (Dean) Johansen; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 24th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Smithville with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial: Paradise Cemetery, Smithville, MO.
