Arvil Ray Fletcher

Arvil Ray Fletcher, 82, of Santa Ana, CA, formerly of Gower and Kansas City passed away, January 26, 2012 at his home.

He was born in 1929.  Arvil attended the Number Six School and later attended high school in Kansas City. He then served his country as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1948 to 1952.

Arvil worked for Rockwell Aircraft and later Boeing Aircraft for over 39 years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Robert Vernon Fletcher and Donald Fletcher, and sisters, Twila Hendrix and Opal Rogers.

Arvil is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Larry Fletcher; and daughter, Sharon.

Services have been rescheduled for 11:00 a.m. April 25, 2012.
