ARLINE L. CURTISS
Arline Lorraine Curtiss, 71, of Smithville, MO, passed away Friday, September 16, 2005 at her home.
She was born on May 26, 1934 to Edward L. and Tessie V. (Niegouska) Raymond in Buffalo, NY. After moving to San Diego, CA, Arline attended Our Lady of Peace Academy, USD, and finally received her master?s degree in teaching from Stanford University.
On February 14, 1970 she met and has since been with her loving husband, Toby Curtiss. They lived and raised their children in San Diego, CA. In 2002 they relocated to Smithville, MO where she could finally have her rose gardens and a big yard for her dogs, Dina, Mandy and Scarlett, where they all lived happily.
Arline was a retired school teacher in San Diego, serving the community for 40 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Patricia Rhindone.
Arline is survived by her husband, Toby Curtiss, children; Renee Curtiss, Christina Colclough and spouse, Philip, Mark Curtiss and his spouse, Donna, John Curtiss and his spouse, Jennifer. She had ten grandchildren; Curtis, Stephanie, Michelle, Alex, Janelle, Ashlyn, Toby, Jake, Joey and baby Daniel on the way. Her remaining relatives are her sister Marsha Raymond, and her three daughters, and her very special niece, ?daughter? Joyce Zimmerman, her spouse Eric and two daughters. She had many other special friends, too numerous to name.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, Sept. 21st, at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 2800 A Hwy. , Liberty, Mo. 64068
VISITATION: 9:30-11:00 A.M., Wednesday at the church.
BURIAL: 2:30 P.M., Wednesday at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas.
Donations may be made to the church.
