AMY O?CONNOR

Amy O?Connor, 82, of Smithville, MO, passed away, Sunday, November 12, 2006.

She was born on December 28, 1923 to Bryan S. ?Bud? and Mary Elizabeth (Bruce) Rule in Kansas City, MO. Amy later graduated from Smithville High School.

She was united in marriage to Kenneth Aull. He preceded her in death. On April 13, 1969 she was united in marriage to James L. O?Connor. After their marriage they lived in Smithville where they made their home. He also preceded her in death.

Amy worked for Midwest Distributor and Western Auto both in Kansas City.

She was a member of the Christian faith.

Amy was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Mary Greer and two brothers, Paul and Harold Rule.

She is survived by her step-son, James P. ?Jimmy? O?Connor, Gladstone, MO; one sister, Genie Maxwell and husband, Bob, Platte City, MO; three brothers, Tom Rule and wife, Beverly, Gladstone, MO, and Kenneth Rule and Larry Rule, both of Phoenix, AZ; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 16th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial: I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Smithville.
