I only met Randy once… about 3 years ago when my husband Bill and I were in Plattsburgh to visit family. As others have mentioned ( and I witnessed) he did have a wonderful infectious laugh! I felt I knew him from many stories Bill shared with me about their childhood friendship
.Boy Scouts, bike riding, eating meals at each others homes, swimming at the local “ club” and then high school and college. So many fun stories.
We send our condolences to Randy’s extended family. He obviously was well loved.

Randy and I worked together withe OCC from 1973 to 1983. We became good friends and shared many thoughts, jokes, and lots of laughter. Even though I left in ’83, I continued to see Randy at the annual Burt Bash for many years…Randy, and the late John Buffum, Ken Littlefield and Ron Langford were my mentors when I began with the OCC. All tremendous people ! Randy will be missed but that laugh will be with us forever.
